Is this what I mean
Sculpture, 2015
Ceramic, glaze, 34 × 34 × 43cm
A small-format ceramic without front and back stands on a round base. The object is irregularly shaped and can be viewed from all sides. The structure of the object consists of a framework of 4 vertical lines over four circles. Curved pins stick out from the framework; some of them stick to the framework. The object is glazed between beige and pink. Black cracks appear mainly in the lower part of the object, giving it a clear orientation from the lower, wide base to the upper open tip. The Readymade ‚bottle dryer‘ was repeatedly photographed during its creation from 1914 onwards in order to make it known not as an object but as a photographic reproduction of the object. Never having seen the ‚original‘ but the photographic illustrations in books and the Internet became a starting point to form an object emerging from memory and dealing plastically with this memory.
